Investment - Time Share Opportunities

I have a partnership established with one of the owners of the island and we have agreed to purchase ocean front property approximately 3 to 5 acres for a total cost of $25,000.00.

We will be able to have the hotel built for a reasonable price. The cost is reasonable because this is an opportunity to provide employment for the people of the village. The villagers are welcoming the type of facility we are going to operate.

The entire island is still privately owned by a single family.

At this time we are looking for more investors, each will be responsible for investing approximately $25,000.00 to $30,000.00. The investment can be submitted in increments, not necessarily all at one time. We will be purchasing the property in Fall 2007. We will start construction early in 2008 and hopefully open in Fall 2008.
